Saturday April 9, 2022 - Approximately 9am. My plane is rumbling down the runway of LAX headed cross country to Washington DC. The journey that lies ahead can only be described as the adventure of a lifetime. I land in DC around 4pm local time, hop in my rental car and head to check into my Air BnB apartment that will become ground zero for me over the next 6 weeks. After settling in, I’m off to dinner with three lovely ladies I’ve come to know through the war that has been waging for innocence online. Milena, Brooke, and Laura B. We meet up at
Awwww, thanks for the insights! It was reassuring for me in Australia to know that you guys were on the ground. I knew that you would decimate any rubbish coming out and we had trusted feet in the courtroom.
This is so good, I felt like I was on the journey with you. You have an amazing talent for telling the story in a way we all feel we were there with you, thank you for sharing all this with us.
Thank you for this great story, most of us have no idea what was involved in being there In Fairfax, to see the trial... Thank you so much for your writing, it sounds great and as surreal as it can. Meeting all of the people who we feel we know so well on Twitter, must be unearthly. I, myself, recognize your voice from the living room, know you adorable pooch, know how you look like, spent hours reading your posts and answering them, but I never met you. To meet you, would be surreal, and fantastic in kind of out of body way. I bet that how you guys felt!! You write beautifully, I agree with Kamran that this could be a story for a book, and then a screenplay.... People would read it! I would be the first one!! Such a fascinating, behind the curtains, story!!!
